How OnTap works
We've streamlined our process to be as efficient as possible. We keep meetings to a minimum and work quickly to deliver quality work.

Review our plans and ensure it is the right fit for your business. Create an account and activate your OnTap subscription.
2. Make a work request
Login to your Spydr account and make a work request. We will review and respond within 24 hours.
3. Let the magic happen
We will get to work on your request. As soon as we're ready for review, we'll reply to your ticket.
4. Feedback
We're absolutely committed to your satisfaction. If you aren't 100% happy with the work produced, we will continue to iterate until you are.
5. Done!
Once you're happy, you can mark the request as done and open another.

It really. You can make an unlimited number of requests but can only have one 'live' task. We'll process one at a time.
